Choose Your Fish

Portions are weighed at 5 oz (ounces), or approximately 142 g each.

Each wild fish is different in size, but none of them deserve to have their meat wasted. Therefore, the shape and size of the portions may vary. The weight of a portion ranges from 120 to 170 grams, but we always guarantee that the entire box will weigh 1.14 or 1.7 kg.

Our boxes are delivered to you by the only logistics company in the Czech Republic that delivers frozen goods to customers' homes in this way. After delivery, we guarantee that the fish in our special thermobox will not start to thaw for up to 6 hours. Unless, of course, they are left outside in direct sunlight at 30°C :). Tested in office spaces, which means you can have our fish delivered to your workplace if you are not at home or do not have a freezer handy.

We monitor the temperature of the fish throughout the entire journey from Alaska to your home. That is why we use special frozen transport in Czechia. This guarantees that the fish will not thaw and that the meat will retain its original structure. After receiving the box, we recommend placing the fish back in the freezer. If you put it in the refrigerator, it will last up to 12 hours. In our thermobox, it will easily make it home from work.

Our fish are flash frozen immediately after being caught, preserving all their nutritional value and excellent taste. The flash freezing process does not create ice crystals and does not damage the structure of the meat. The fish are then vacuum-packed to prevent them from drying out. We do not need to add water (glaze), as is done elsewhere, which devalues the meat and artificially increases the weight of the portions. All this together is the magic that makes our fish taste as if it had just been caught from the sea.

Logistics for frozen goods is still in its infancy in Czechia, but we have managed to reach agreements with Family Market, Dodo, and Lukáš Soukup doprava. We can be sure that they will deliver our products to you without the slightest interruption in the -20 °C cold chain. You can have the goods delivered to your home, work, or even your cottage.

We are not fans of plastic, but so far we have not found a packaging method that can keep our fish fresh, safe, and high-quality throughout the entire journey from Alaska to your home. This is not just a problem for us, but for all companies on the market. We are constantly monitoring new trends, and as soon as we find a better solution, we will be happy to switch to it.
