Forget pens and controlled breeding. Our fish in Alaska live completely free until caught, as nature intended. And trust us, you can taste the difference.
They are sustainably caught
The biodiversity of the Bering Sea and the North Pacific is protected by strict regulations, and the local fishing industry is the best organized in the world. We are proud to be a part of it. We do not use trawling nets that ravage the seabed, so it's no exaggeration to say that buying our fish helps preserve the aquatic ecosystem.
They are processed immediately after being caught
We process the fish immediately after they are caught, and personally guarantee that there are no temperature fluctuations during the journey from Alaska to you. This means you get the highest quality fish possible.
We mainly focus on two species of wild fish
Sockeye salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka)

The king of salmon and one of the highest quality fish you can have. It has a specific rich red color, which is a result of its diet - during its adult life, it mainly feeds on crabs and shellfish. Thanks to this diet, it contains Astaxanthin, which is the most powerful known antioxidant (farmed salmons often contain synthetic Astaxanthin!). It lives in the wild, so it has a smaller fat-to-meat ratio. Simply put, it's healthier and more delicious than any available alternative.
Pacific cod (Gadus Macrocephalus)
Pacific cod live near the ocean floor and can be found at depths of up to 3,000 feet. You can find them in the cold waters of the North Pacific, from Japan, through the Bering Sea to Alaska, where they have the highest quality.

What is the serving size?
The servings are weighed at 5 oz, which is approximately 142g each.
Is the fish fresh?
We freeze our fish immediately after catching to preserve all their nutritional value and excellent flavor. The process of shock freezing does not create ice crystals and does not harm the structure of the meat. We then vacuum pack the fish to prevent them from drying out. All of this is the magic that makes our fish taste like it was just caught from the sea.
What does sustainability really mean?
When defining sustainability, we look to Alaska. Alaska has sustainability practices written into its constitution. Article VII introduces the practice of "sustained yield." This applies to the amount of a certain resource, in our case fish, that can be caught without depletion. So, we only take what nature can replenish.
How are the fish caught?
During the summer season, we catch salmon using shallow nets in Bristol Bay, while in the winter season, we catch cod using cages in the Bering Sea. We never use bottom trawling nets, which ensures that we always catch fish in a purely sustainable way. This means that each of our customers actively contributes to the protection of the oceans by consuming our products.
